Our Story

Longevity Rave was formed by a group of longevity scientists and entrepreneurs who believe in the power of music, joy and connection for a healthy, happy life. Our first gig was at the Love Shack in London on 6th July and we soon started getting enquiries to run more around the world.

The importance of joy, purpose, hope and optimism in keeping healthy, feeling alive, and even getting younger (biologically) seems to be getting traction.

The scientific research is rapidly growing that shows factors in our wider environments (including social, psychological & behavioral), encapsulated by the term ‘exposome’, are the most critical ones determining our health and ageing trajectory.

Our Mission

  • Unity in Diversity

Celebrate the beautiful convergence of different generations, cultures, and backgrounds through music and dance. Create inclusive events that transcend age and cultural boundaries, fostering intergenerational connections. Offer safe spaces for bonding, where people can share their unique stories, enriching the collective experience.

  • Freedom from Labels

Embrace the freedom of rave culture, breaking free from societal pressures, ageism, and stereotypes. Cultivate a safe, judgment-free space where individuals can express themselves authentically, encouraging self-exploration and acceptance, free from societal constraints.

  • Celebration of Humanity

Celebrate the joy and deep human connection that dance and music bring, revitalizing the spirit and promoting vitality. Encourage people to embrace the thrill of life at any age, highlighting the deep-rooted human tradition of coming together to celebrate, which strengthens community bonds and enhances individual well-being.

  • Holistic Longevity

Promote longevity as the journey to being the healthiest version of oneself, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional well-being—not merely the pursuit of youth and delay of death. Encourage people to seek experiences that contribute to their well-being and that of others, leveraging rave culture’s communal energy to promote sustainable, positive choices and mental wellness which foster collective thriving.
